4. Editorial & Content Standards
To maintain editorial quality, all submissions must meet the following standards:
- Originality: Content must be 100% original and unpublished elsewhere (including LinkedIn, Medium, personal blogs, or company websites).
- Word Count: 700–1,500 words (long-form or data-driven pieces may exceed this with prior approval).
- Tone & Voice: Professional, neutral, informative, and value-driven. Avoid sales language.
- Structure: Use clear headlines, sub-headings, bullet points, and short paragraphs for readability.
- Accuracy: Facts, data, and claims must be accurate and verifiable.
- Plagiarism: Any form of plagiarism or AI-spun content will result in immediate rejection.
5. Promotional, PR & Branded Content Policy
- Organic contributions must be educational and non-promotional.
- Excessive brand mentions, backlinks, CTAs, or product pitches are not permitted in organic articles.
- One author bio (50–80 words) is allowed, including designation and company name.
- One external link (website or LinkedIn) may be included in the author bio.
- Sponsored / Branded / PR articles must be disclosed upfront and are subject to editorial approval and commercial terms.
6. SEO & Editorial Rights
- Headlines should be clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly.
- Keywords should be used naturally (no keyword stuffing).
- The editorial team reserves the right to:
- Edit headlines, structure, grammar, and formatting
- Optimize content for SEO and readability
- Add internal links, tags, and featured images
- Edits will not alter the core meaning or viewpoint of the article.
7. Images, Data & Media Usage
- Contributors must ensure they have the right to use any images, charts, or graphics submitted.
- Avoid copyrighted images unless proper permission and credit are provided.
- Source data clearly where applicable.
- The editorial team may create or replace featured images to match publication standards.
